Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, in their original packaging. Due to the collectible nature of our products, items that have been opened, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at rebel@rebelforge.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
